Rely on Artie Collection for 100% Satisfaction Guarantee You may return most items purchased from Artie Collection within thirty (20) days from the date of delivery. All Jewelry orders are not returnable due to all jewelry orders being MADE TO ORDER and customized for each individual customer. Jewelry returns will be accepted if there are any problems with the piece upon inspection by designbyartie. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened and unused items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items.

To return a product: Please reach out to designbyartie before shipping out the product. Upon approved return, please include a copy of your original invoice along with a brief description of why you are returning the product. Let us know in writing whether you would prefer your return as a refund to your original payment source or as an in-house credit towards your next purchase. Credits applied to credit/debit cards will be issued immediately but may take 15 to 30 days for credit card banks to process.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 20 day period. Artie Collection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return,
